A new interior cell for Sim Settlements 2's World Repopulation mechanic.
2. Why make this?
Because there's an unofficial contest to make a world repopulation cell.
3. So it's just a repopulation cell?
That's the only thing registered. There's also a build cell and a bunch of forms related to my work-in-progress plot pack.
4. Can I use it in-game?
Sure, but I'll be posting more in my SS2 Add-On Pack, so you can always wait for me to release that. It will include the plot pack, WR Cells, and any other Creation Kit things I make for SS2. Not city plans -- those don't require the Creation Kit.
5. Will you make a non-SS2 version?
No, but thanks for asking....
