I read through the description and not sure what this is supposed to be? A complicated system of buying psychdelic paintings and monocolor plastic cargo block containers for rooms?

That's one way of looking at it, or there's the bit in the first part of the description which states:

Rather than having to haul scrap around, simply buy the weightless iQEA tokens (10 caps each) using your Pipboy and use them to craft iQEA settlement objects as normal.

      That's basically it.

As regards to monocolour plastic blocks, not quite.  Anything that you can stick in the workshop menu can be made to work with this, so it's not limited to anything I put out.  There is other content in development, and a tutorial currently being written if anyone wants to add their own stuff, but due to my fiancée being in hospital recently at the same time as we had some work done to the house, so everything took a back seat while I concentrated on that, and I'm just starting to get back to normal.

Does it add an extra  layer of complexity?  There's two ways of looking at it.  Yes, because it requires a few extra steps before you can start building.  There's also the no, because instead of having to hunt out what you need you can just pay for it.  It's up to the player to make their own decision regarding their position on it.

There's also a stock market minigame in development which reacts to things that you do in the game.  This won't be enforced on the player so participation is optional as it doesn't make any real difference to the core functionality of the mod (things still cost the same amount and so on), and it's just a little bit of fun.

At the end of the day, if it's not something someone is interested in then that's cool.
