With the help of this mod (HZS Easy Homebuilder and Working Double Beds) you can make the buildings in cash

Thought I wish there was a motivated mod manufacturer who makes it possible to make the whole Commonwealth again like it before that
War was, I am very interested in that

There is a mod for restoring Concord. And more « Commonwealth Revived», «2077 As it Was (wip)»
      It might be useful.

This has a real metaphoric "remember what your fighting for" real world military feel to it. You have this perfect happy home, you go of to war, but you periodically return to this wonderful place for a time, recharge then go back out into the bush. Just don't forget to build high walls and put up lots of defenses.

My very immersive head cannon here is that Codsworth has rebuilt and maintained the area over the last 200 years, just like he would be programmed to do. I even thought the first time I played without mods, you had 200 years, and you haven't even cleaned up my house??? What kind of cleaning robot ARE you???

LMAO this has all the NPCs and the vertibirds still in it and most of the NPCs are marked as essential even. Cool idea, silly execution. I'll re-install if you're gonna keep working on this tho. I love the pre-war Sanctuary feel.

Was surreal getting strafed by a vertibird in the intro to the game tho hahaha

I think this would work really well if done as a more "normal" neighborhood, set before Oct 23rd, AND it were a simulation available in the Creation Club Virtual Workshop.

You are looking for the "vr framework" version of Sanctuary hills. Look it up on nexus. Someone already made what you are looking for here on the Nexus before Bethesda even made that mod

Why is this marked for adult content and tagged for nudity and categorised as ammo?

Is this mod for Sanctuary before the war, or AFTER the war (destroyed game world)? I would use it if Sanctuary looks like this. I mean AFTER I left Vault 111 (new game start).
I do not like all the Vanilla/DLC environments/cities/buildings. That's why I never install Vanilla/DLC only mods. I install Transfer Settlements blueprints, modern, renewed settlement (crafting, building, furniture) and environment mods instead. Or "Rebuild" series.

Oh, and I would know if I really need Creation Club stuff. I know they're requirements. I do not know where to get Creation Club Content. I have Fallout 4 version 1.10.163.0 (GOTY / GOG). Of course, I have all six DLCs (except CC).
