      Not towers, the Turrets, the automatic machine guns that defend.
      
      Picture 8 here too, the Turrets next to you on your right...what are they from? CC maybe?

      I understand. You need to complete the quests related to the Enclave. Clear out their camps. Then in one of the camps you will receive instructions on how to assemble a turret in the workshop.
