I don’t know when the AIO will come out but after it does stand-alone versions probably won’t be released anymore as it’s much easier to just update the AIO version by merging the new mod into it than to handle however many new pages I have to make.
Far Harbor is missing what made Morrowing so special, think about Morrowind a huge Island, it was great, why because of the endless cave exploration some where open to explorer some were totally submerged, sunken under the ocean. This is something i can only recommend to you.
Maybe use the Pyramid of the GS? place some of these huge objects under the ocean, with alot of sand in them, put some unique artefacts into these. Maybe, much more of those crows one of the cabot elder is using. Put antoher crown into cave in the CW with the candle light cutscenes to start the mission. Add a special Vertibird mission, Enclave Mariners diving down to the ground of the sea, jumping from the vertibird ... into the sea. Close to Far Habor, you can use statics and some of the sound markers to create a good illusion.
Cool. Always great is RE and Ambush furniture. In Far Habor (vanilla) some of the caps are ambushed once PC starts looting. I can only recommend to make use of it ;)
I just wish FO4 had marine creatures but maybe with FO76 adding fishing we'll get some Marine creatures in FO5, but MM-LFAW solves this. I do wanna say I don't really know how to do quests but I'm sure I can find a tutorial(all my quests are unmarked) but I've had the idea to add S.T.A.L.K.E.R style artifacts to the game using custom legendary/merged legendary effects as a way to give the player buffs and debuffs depending on the artifact.
