Adds a new Location to The Island. Chapter 1 of the Runaway Thieves unmarked quest.

Hey, this is my Fallout 4 world overhaul.
Regarding lore this mod should be 100% lore friendly, as I am focusing on realism.
Should be compatible with most tree mods there may be some clipping depending on which one.
I am 100% open to suggestions just throw them in the Forums tab or the Posts
Future plans for the series
More areas in Far Harbor as I started a new playthrough and started there.
faction territories(big bases will get smaller outposts near them)
Compatibility patches
Any other requests that seem cool.
Some interiors, maybe new ones.
Edits
Adds a new location, a boss, and some nice loot for you to find. The location should be marked on the map.
The boss is not an easy fight, similar stats to Shipbreaker. I don't recommend using energy weapons. The loot is pretty good.

Hala is a Slavic folklore demon of bad weather.
COMPATIBILITIES
I have no idea what could possibly conflict with this.
Scourge may make her too easy to kill but that's an issue with my settings most likely.
