Institute synths will carry the Locusta LC55, 44-1414 JVLN ALPHA, and 44-142 KRSV at higher levels.
Super Mutants will carry 44-141 JVLN ALPHA and 44-142 KRSV at higher levels.

Super Mutants have a chance to carry the ULR-09 Albany Laser Rifle. (Requires new game/save for changes to take effect)
Charging audio bug has been fixed, but the audio cue when weapon reaches full charge is removed. Works with existing saves, but the NPC must fire the gun to correct the audio bug.

Known Issues
Narukami.mdl1 shares the same animation issue with the Ripper where it stops spinning when holstered and drawn again. It is fixed by unequipping and reequipping the weapon.
Any time an update adds weapons to leveled lists, they don't apply to current saves and require a new save/game to apply those changes.
