   So I don't see this in the chem bench where the original is. Is it somewhere in the world waiting to be found?

      oops I totally forgot the Chem bench recipes. If you use the LL patch it will spawn where the plasma and gamma gun appears around level 30 but ill make an update shortly that makes it craft able at the chem bench.

      I've tried downloading and replacing the original and the smaller file also but it doesn't work for me. It shows the file at the bottom of my mod list grey'd out and says its missing things. I'm not familiar with manipulating the level list for the other option.

      Does it matter if I downloaded the ESL version of the creator's mod?

      yes only the .esp version of the original mod will work for now. I'll have to make a version compatible with the Esl version.
