What does the optional file do? It looks like a face gen file for my compatibility patch rather than for the built-in face pool that comes with the spawner version of Atom Cats Garage.
Hmm. I ran VEFS against all the plugins (the atom cats garage settlement, your patch, etc.). Is it the same as the main file? :O Perhaps VEFS didn't do something right?
Okay, I figured out the problem. VEFS is having an issue with my compatibility patch because it applies the "Is CharGen Face Preset" flag to the settlement's built-in face pool, which I forgot remove when I did the same for Atom Cat settlers. So, if you disable Atom Cat Settlers and my compatibility patch, and just enable Atom Cats Garage (with the Atom Cat settler option active), VEFS should be able to access the settlement's built-in face pool.
This should result in two face gen files. One for Atom Cats Settlers (which you've already made) and a smaller one for the Garage. My compatibility patch doesn't need to be part of the equation since, once updated, the only thing it will do is tell the settlement to spawn from both face pools instead of just the settlement's built-in face pool.

Hope all that made sense.
Put a note that you need the Settlers patch if using both.
Sound right? (:
And Thanks For all the facegen Mods
Edit: As KC noted, you'll need the Diverse Wasteland Face Gen Patch, however.
Noted! No need if you have the big mama.
