What this is:
It's a 76 (40 canvas, 36 illuminated)poster set for settlement decoration.  The posters are based on my Classic Elegance Collection, but in a style that's kind of Andy Warhol meets Banksy.  I'm not going to deny that AI played a large part in them, but getting the images was challenging due to having to work with an aspect ratio of 83:128 which played havoc with how the AI tried to create the image(1), and I'd occasionally hit the censoring system because the AI didn't understand context(2).

The illuminated posters are based on old film stars as well as a section called Misc which contains 11 posters based on stars.  My fiancée who was going through them didn't immediately recognise them (she knows all the old female film stars) so I left them as misc in case anyone complained(3).

The posters are influenced by some of the classic stars, as well as other people (e.g. The Hannah series is based on Hannah Waddingham).

Installation, upgrading & how to get them:
There's been a massive change since 1.10.5 so if you're updating really should read this.

The Psychedlic Elegance Collection has been acquired by iQEA (and independent subsidiary of IDEMG Inc) and is now dependent on another mod called iQEA Online.  iQEA Online has been in planning for a while (it's related to my Southgate Estate Project mod - big update coming for that), as well as a few other projects.  Rather than introduce a load of repetition and bloat in those I've written a single mod that does most of the heavy lifting (the addons will basically be content packs).  This means 2 ESLs need to be installed.

Before you do anything, if you're updating you're going to need a clean save.  Sorry about this, but it's unavoidable.

To download, pick whether you want the BA2 version (Next Gen version of the game) or the loose version (any version of the game).  There has been a report that the BA2 version works with the vanilla version.  I can neither personally confirm nor deny this, and if you're running vanilla with BA2 and encounter any issues, please try the loose version and see if the issues persist before filing a bug report.  If people fancy giving further verification to the post (posts tab) it would be greatly appreciated.

Now you need to decide whether you'll likely be downloading any of my content packs.  If not then ignore the optional file, and select yes when installing the mod.  If you might, then I recommend downloading the optional iQEA Online file, selecting No on the main installer, and then installing the iQEA Online dependency.

If you're manually installing, this isn't such a big issue, but for mod managers (especially Vortex) it is, and you end up in rule hell.

So now you can go wild with settlement prettiness!  After you complete the additional steps.  First up find some plastic.  Any plastic will do, although it's best to make sure it's clean of any viscera as that can really clog the holotape mechanism up.  Now wander/run/sneak up to a chem bench and find the iQEA Online section and create the holotape.  This will cause the ability to build it again to grey out due to mod magic (as long as you have it in your possession you won't be able to make another).  Now open the iQEA Online holotape (usually at the bottom of Misc).

The first thing you need to do is complete the iQEA Online installation so select the option.  Once that's been done complete the installation of the The Classic Elegance Collection by selecting that option.  Everything is now installed.

The posters require tokens to build, and these can be bought in the Token Store in the main menu.  Tokens cost 10 caps each and can be bought in lots of 1, 10, 50 and 100.  Because iQEA Online membership has it's perks buying 10, 50 or 100 results in a 10% bonus for free (11, 55 and 110).  Once every 24 hours you'll also receive a lightning sale on multitoken bundles offering 10%(10), 15%(50) and 20%(100) off.  Lightning sales are just that.  Unless your next action is buying the tokens on sale then you'll lose the option for another 24 hours.  Tokens can also be found in the wild but they're extremely rare.  Anyway buy some tokens.  If you scrap the objects you'll also get a few tokens returned .

Now open your settlement workshop menu and find the iQEA Online section, and then open The Psychedelic Collection menu.  Here there will be sections for the canvas posters, framed posters with light, and unpowered and self powered lightboxes.  The prices for the posters start at 3 tokens for the canvas posters, and increase in price for the frame and lightbox versions.  Now you really can go wild with settlement prettiness.

Tokens can also be sold back through the token store, but you only receive 4 caps per sold back tokens due to the administration costs.

Is that it?
Nope.

The iQEA Online dependency isn't just going to be a dependency.  There are 2 minigames planned.  The first is job opportunities.  The iQEA factory may occasionally experience supply shortages of things and you will be asked to supply the items in exchange for payment.  How fast and how often you complete jobs affects your chances of getting more jobs and your payment for them.

There's also a small stock market simulator planned.  You will be able to buy and sell shares in the various companies that supply iQEA.  The share prices will be affected positivel negatively by certain actions in game, mainly related to your interactions with the mod, as well as random events.

Both of the games will be optional, and wont have any effect on the base usage of the mod if left deactivated.

Fin.
As usual, love/hate/perform bizarre experiments on, and feedback is welcomed.

Legal Shizzle.
All names, characters, and incidents portrayed in this production are fictitious. No identification with actual persons (living, deceased, undead or imaginary friends), places, companies, buildings, and products is intended or should be inferred.  No animals were harmed in the production of this mod, although a number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

While AI has been used in the process of creating these images, all rights are retained by myself.

Footnotes.
1 - The AI will try and create a scene that fits the aspect ratio.  Short height and long width gives you a landscape and long height and short width will give you a portrait.  When it has a weird aspect ratio it will sometimes get confused about what it's trying to aim for.
2 - As an example, the family filter didn't like "hardcore prawn" because of the word hardcore, presumably because of hardcore sex.  However, "A pack of HR Geiger's Aliens disembowelling and decapitating babies" was accepted (although the aliens were giving the babies flowers - go figure).
3 - At least I'm not Bethesda and named them all Poster.
