Edits the leveled list to gradually replace pipe weapons with their conventional counterparts as you level up.

Pipe weapons are an interesting concept. They are useful for progress gating the player at lower levels, but when you start getting higher in level it becomes odd that as enemies start wearing combat armor that they still choose to use rusty old pipe weapons.
This mod edits the pipe weapon leveled lists to include their conventional counterparts set to appear at the corresponding levels like in Vanilla, getting more improved as the levels increase. All keywords and variables were checked and match up. Uses "LL" entries so any mods that replace weapons will also apply. For example, if you have a mod that replaces the 10mm pistol with another pistol will then have that weapon appear instead of the 10mm as listed below. The supermutant leveled lists are edited to prevent issues with them spawning with weapons they can't use.
Pipe Pistols become 10mm Pistols at level 7
Pipe Submachineguns become Submachineguns at level 12
Pipe Guns (Rifle) become Combat Rifles starting at mid level (12 - 29) and Nuka World Handmade Rifles at high levels (35 - 45+)
Pipe Revolvers become 44 Revolvers at level 6 and scoped variant at 25
Pipe Revolver Rifles become Lever Action Rifles starting at level 20
Pipe Bolt Actions become Hunting Rifles at level 6
This also has the side effect of increasing the variety of non-pipe weapons in the ecosystem; Submachine guns which are rarely seen outside of Goodneighbor or Vault 114 start appearing, and DLC weapons have an immersive way of integrating into the commonwealth in both enemies hands and traders. A non DLC version is also available in optional files.
