Lightweight Lighting removes radstorms from all areas but the glowing sea. This offends myself and many others. Lightweight Lighting - Radstorms Restored brings them back but removes the restored polluted weather from the mod. This also offends myself and some others. This mod finds compromise.
Radstorms have been restored but have a lower chance of occurring than vanilla, except in the glowing sea which now has a higher chance than the base game. Areas that had an extremely low chance of radstorms before have simply had that weather replaced by the polluted weather like the original mod, I didn't touch those areas.
This is a replacer for the original plugin, but please endorse the original. I take 0 credit for anything but editing a few numbers.
