Revert the change made to radstorms by lightweight lighting so they appear in the commonwealth at the vanilla frequency, also delete the "Polluted" type weather.
To install replace the original with this one.
I made this by reverting some subrecords change in Lightweight Lighting.esp with FO4Edit, I played a bit and got one radstorm so I assume this is working.
I deleted the "Pollute" weather type cause I thought it would reduce the frequency of all other weather if not deleted, I can make a version that keep "Polluted" weather if someone want.
