Extensive changes to the perk system. Not everything has been tested yet. The changes aren't yet available in the main mod. However, the mod is also playable on its own. However, I would appreciate your help in troubleshooting.

Edit: Since the script for the desk in Vault 81 was causing problems, I built a building with the desk just outside Vault 81. I built it to be compatible with the "Vault 81 Entrance Settlement" mod. I installed it and constructed the building so that the workbench would fit in. To construct the building, I only used components from the standard mods, as well as DLCs 1, 2, and 3. If you want to expand or demolish the building, you have to remove some parts via the console using "disable."

The next step should be to make it possible to train settlers for professions. You can then use this school for this. But more on that later. Please let me know if you encounter any problems.

Edit: If you want to use the location in front of Vault 81 as a settlement, I recommend installing the mod "Vault 81 Entrance Settlement". Unfortunately, because the building appears to be the border between two cells, I couldn't create a continuous navmesh. Therefore, the settlers won't be able to reach all of the locations. The solution is to replace all floors and stairs with your own. This will overwrite the navmesh, and the settlers should be able to reach the locations. Elements that aren't removed by simply scrapping (stairs) must be deleted via the console using "disable." So, open the console, click on the object, and enter disable. Since a small error crept in again, I've uploaded the script that needs to be replaced as an additional file for download. Then load it at the end and overwrite the file. I hope everything works as planned now. You'll receive the first certificates in Diamond City. Starting at level 2 in front of Vault 81. Have fun searching for the magazines. :)

I love the idea of this mod (I'll always take more magazines), but I'm a bit saddened by the "AI-Generated Content" tag. Is this for the covers? Because I would legitimately make actual human-designed covers for you to use.

So if you have the skills, feel free to design some. For example, you could create a patch and offer it as a custom mod that replaces the images with your own. I'm not a perfect artist, and it was easier for me to use an AI to create the covers. I only used it for the cover image, by the way, and 90 percent of the work was mine. It was also important to me not to infringe on any rights.

I'd happily do. I think a mod like this adds a lot to the game, and deserves that final "bump and polish." I'll throw it on my list.

I'm going to change the perk system a bit, as too many skills are required to build some objects in my main mod. The current structure will remain. There will just be more perks and rewards. Just a little upfront. You collect certain magazines, which allow you to go to school and learn a profession. Then there's a new perk (journeyman's certificate), which I can then ask for as a prerequisite. Now that I've figured out how to integrate sound, you can listen to it when you open it. I hope that makes things interesting. The whole thing will take some time. 11 new perks with nice writing and sound.

Please write to me which magazines you can't pick up. I have now discovered one thing myself. That was on a box, could only take it when I removed the box.
