Our guy got his tattoos before the Great War — so hey, that makes them totally lore-friendly! With tattoo machines now broken (or maybe folks in the Commonwealth just forgot how to use them), body art has become a rare sight. The lack of creativity in recent times hasn’t exactly helped wastelanders hone their artistic talents either.
Installing this mod is super simple — just drop the textures into the Unique Player installation folder, and you’re good to go!
Also, I might be open for commissions, so feel free to reach out. And hey, do whatever you want with the file :)

someone asked a good idea so its important that i make this for anyone who wants it,replaces only the eagle neck tattoo with this ugly custom crackhead Matthew Medlin, ideas or suggestions are welcome
