      In case someone want more info: the minutemen meta is friendly with RR and Bos, but Deacon and Danse will not be your companions. As for minutemen meta with nuka world finished, Gage will be your companion, whereas Preston will refuse to follow you anymore.

      Did you manually put them in the fallout 4 save folder and unpack. The mod managers are bad at unpacking saves to places.

   Thank you for your saves (Fallout 4 and Skyrim).
   You have no idea how much time (and nerves) you save us ^^ (especially for collecting and side quests).
   Moreover, you leave the important choices up to us.

   I really messed up my 800h+ save and wanted to fix the bad decisions I made on my old playthrough.

    Just a suggestion, you should make a version of Molecular Level without Human Error or The Secret of Cabot House or Pikman's Gift complete. Those quests have major choices which arguably effect your character as much as the main quest does.

       The 2.0d download seems to be broken for me. 0KB and will not open with my archive program (7Zip)
       
       P.S. Thanks for providing this clean save resource! It is very professionally made, no complains about the 2.0E version which I am currently using!

       Yup, it was completely broken, and I didn't have a backup of it
       3.0 will feature one though, but don't hold your breath.
