About this mod

Red Rocket rebuilt using clean Snappy parts.
I kept the original floor plan, then added a second building and nice high walls.
There is nothing else. This place is ready to move in and decorate as you see fit.

Permissions and credits
I've played so much and started another game so often, that really, I'm tired of rebuilding the exact same thing over and over.  I know what I want, but no one else seems to make it my way; clean it up, make it useful, make it not scummy looking/feeling, keep it simple.
They also tend to already be moved into, with someone else's taste in style/decor entirely, which I then have to devote time to scrapping anyway.  Just thought I'd share, I won't be taking requests to change anything.
I get that it isn't considered lore friendly to not live in a shit hole, but lore wise, I didn't come from one.  I think it's not a stretch that the sole survivor would want a clean environment not surrounded by broken things, and may even have the skills to make that happen. (I know I do)
The original building is still there... sort of.  The walls, floors, and ceilings have been replaced from the Snappy house kit.  Nice and clean, yet still feels right.
(The door and window frames still look bad, but that's because Snappy didn't see fit to give us a clean version to go with the walls.  Because of that, I left the doors out so you can use your own or use Snappy's ugly ones if you want.)
This is where I build my robot station so the other building has a room just the right size for it.
This is also my chosen Mercer safe house, where synths will be sent after they are rescued, (via mods) so there is a small apartment up the stairs. You have Snappy, you can make it bigger.
The original building's roof should be large enough to plant a v-bird landing pad on, (mod) or for building another room.
There is plenty of room for planting food and adding campsites. I did not add a water supply, that's on you.
The high wall surrounding the buildings has access to platforms to station guards and there are platforms on the outside as well to place turrets.

*You will want to scrap EVERYTHING first.  Except the workbench of course.  Building, vines, trash, signs, clutter,  everything but the surrounding trees and the road.  And some of them you might want to scrap after the walls are up because there will be some clipping.  The floor has been raised slightly (about 6 in-game inches) to fight ground clipping.

*This Red Rocket takes up slot #56.  If you don't want to use that slot, you will have to install it manually.

If you don't have Snappy, don't bother downloading.  There will be nothing but the wall, workbench, and maybe the brick paths, as those are taken from the vanilla game, so I think they'll stay.  Although, the walls and paths are nice, so if that's all you want, have at it.

Not having the DLCs 'required' will only make it so the walls don't have platforms.  You can always add your own.

I use a mod that makes my lots much larger.  Only because I like to clean up the surrounding area but I don't actually use it.  Note that from the first picture that this is not a large settlement within the walls. It may even be slightly smaller than the vanilla size.
