      the phrase "This Machine Kills Fascists" was one that was used by the American military during WWII as stickers that were put on various weapons / vehicles / etc. it was also used by legendary folk singer Woody Guthrie who placed one such sticker on his guitar, which is why it's on this retexture, because the mod's creator says it was inspired by Guthrie
      
      the reference isn't even new to Fallout, with Fallout New Vegas featuring the battle rifle "This Machine" which nods its head to Guthrie by having "Well this machine kills commies" carved into the side
