Hi there. Thanks to anyone who has enjoyed the mod since release. This was made pre-creation kit when there wasn't too exact information on how the engine handled scrapping, how to set up supply lines, etc. The first people who discovered this stuff, weren't exactly sharing their information, lol.
I've been reading up and in my new games, I won't be breaking any meshes! Scrapping will also surely cause some FPS loss. As some users point out, some objects required even more breaking of meshes, that I wasn't comfortable with at the time. I would advise to look for alternatives to this mod if you can. They must exist by now, right?!
As a side note (for anyone interested), I couldn't figure out supply lines, but I tested a Synth NPC that you could talk to as a settler and have him travel. It almost worked too!
I stopped playing/modding FO4 before the CK was even out, and have come back to play the DLC and check out all the mods that've been released. I've opened permissions for all my mods, for everything except porting to different sites (including Beth.net). I'll be around for a bit, and I don't think I have any plan for new mods or reworking the old ones. But who knows?! Thanks all.
Im confused, why would this mod be incompatible with immersive institute relay, I hate the idea that you dont use the relay room & teleport into the concourse instead
Do you think you might make "old-fashioned" but working versions of these... for Vault 111? Power Armor station was called for at least, given there were two well-armed ones on guard at the gate!
For some reason this mod just completely kills my FPS in area around director's quaters. I tried with and without the mod, and this mod is 100% the one causing it. Perfect smooth 60 FPS anywhere in the institute without, as low as 20 with the mod.
Any chance you could look into it please? This mod is amazing, because i always wanted to use the institute as my personal homebase indeed, but the FPS bug makes it plain unusable, ironically.
