Not sure if im doing something wrong but I still have the vats accuracy legendary effect on the deliverer. Maybe it doesn't apply once I've already picked up the deliverer in the playthrough? Will try downloading the legendary effect only file as well
That's because Deliverer's legendary effect is attached when you first receive it from Deacon. Type "help Agent 4 OMOD" in a console to see the new legendary effect's ID, and apply it to the weapon with the amod command. (google it if you don't know how)
I should've stated in a description that the new legendary mod won't be applied for existing saves, my bad.

mod_legendary_weapon_sneakdmg is what you want
