This is just a small patch that removes the caps from the leveled lists of defective synths by EvTital.

There's not much its just a level list edit so that the caps wont be there anymore, its my 1st mod/patch so I don't know much its just a small personal preference edit.

Installation
Just use a mod manager
For manual just copy the ESP into the data folder under the Fallout 4 directory
Be sure to load this after defective synths.
