   A TS blueprint needs something to load it.
   
   If you use Transfer Settlements, you'll also need a mod to convert Lynn Woods into a settlement. Alternatively, you could use Chesko's Conquest.
   
   Whichever your method, you should add the needed files to your Requirements list.
   
   
   You also need to tell people what additional resource mods they need, such as Snappy Housekit.
