A patch that combines a few mods that I personally use, reallocating crafting to a newer workbench adapting some recipes and changing some values.

All the joints, blunts and hash were moved to the new rebranded Rolling Table (AKA Cigarette Roller).
New Keywords were created to accommodate this in favor of a less cluttered crafting experience.

The base Joint from Smoke-Able Cigars was repurposed, now renamed to Joint of Wasteland Flora this particular homemade Bloodleaf and Hubflower plant will be in line to the other joints from Cannabis Commonwealth through the following changes.
Joint of Wasteland Flora:
Now uses rolling papers from Cannabis Commonwealth, leaving the rolling paper from Smoke-able Cigars Hardcore Patch exclusive for cigarettes and cigars (Might change in a future date to make cigars use blunt paper from Cannabis Commonwealth).
Removed Description (Cannabis Commonwealth joints don't have them, might in a future turn the table around and add descriptions to each joint).
Value changed to 5 the same value as Cannabis Commonwealth joints (Might change value of all joints in the future)
Changed addiction chance to 0 same as other Cannabis Commonwealth joints.
Changed weight in line with Cannabis Commonwealth joints.
Changed sound consume in line with Cannabis Commonwealth joints.
Changed fortify perception to 1 and changed the effect to FortifyPerceptionCannabis to be in line with Cannabis Commonwealth joint effects.
Added restore condition effects to be in line with Cannabis Commonwealth joints.
Added Hybrid Visual effect from Cannabis Commonwealth joints as it felt proper due to the ingredients.
Changed add Joint effect for the one that comes in Cannabis Commonwealth (This might be the animation that is played).
Any future plans?
Might add Spliff category to create more joints by mixing with tobacco at the expense of having nicotine addiction chance.
