Immersive Wasteland 2 | Fallout 4 | Nexus Mods
Install Requirements:
🔹PC SPEC:
- CPU: CPU with at least 8 cores and 3GHz speed
- RAM: Starts at 16GB, but 32GB is better
- Graphics card: A GPU with at least 6GB of memory, 8GB or more is better
- Operating System: Use Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and make sure all drivers are up to date
- Available disk space: You need at least 200+GB.(~130GB install, ~70GB download, ~200GB total.)
- SSD is highly recommended for fast performance!

🔹Requires ALL DLCs, Removed High Resolution Textures Pack from Steam DLC
🔹A CLEAN Steam copy of Nextgen Fallout 4 (English Version) with NO Mods installed How to Video
🔹Launch the game at least once without any mods
🔹Disable any overlay software like Steam, Metal, Nvidia, these software may cause crashes
🔹Disable all antivirus software, it may cause the installation not proceeding properly
🔹If you are new to Mod Organizer 2, please watch this tutorial to make sure you understand some basics
🔹Nexus Premium is highly recommended as it simplifies the mod download and installation process, saving you time
Install:
➊Download the latest version of Wabbajack
➋place the Wabbajack.exe file in a folder, for example D:\Wabbajack (This folder cannot be located on your Desktop, Downloads, or Programs folder)
➌Launch Wabbajack.exe, go to Settings, login to Nexus, select Install from disk, and then select the downloaded Immersive Wasteland 2.wabbajack file
➍Set your download and installation path(These two paths can be separated), for example D:\Immersive Wasteland 2(The recommended install path is a blank folder at the root level of the hard drive)
➎Click the ▶ button then wait for it to finish.
⌛If you experience download issues while using Wabbajack, it is recommended to re-execute Wabbajack. Wabbajack will continue from where it left off so you don't have to start over.
⌛If you encounter a problem where the file cannot be downloaded, please manually download the file and place it in your download folder, then re-run Wabbajack. Once Wabbajack detects the missing or failed download file, it will complete the installation process.
➏After the installation is complete, close Wabbajack and open ModOrganizer.exe in your installation folder.
➐Run Bethini, Make sure the correct settings are set👇
The Game Path is: (Your install folder)\Stock Game and select Fallout4.exe
The INI Path is: (Your install folder)\profiles\IW2 - Default(or other)
Use the Restore Backup if you want to use your backed up INIs again.
➑Then Change the game Resolution, Save and exit.
➒Increase Pagefile Size (Recommended but not mandatory)
- Any larger modlist will require a lot of memory to run stably, If your PC does not have enough memory, you need to do this step, It is recommended to set it between 20480~40960MB
- Correctly setting the Page File Size will improve game Stability & performance(Especially stuttering, freezes, Crashes), but be careful not to set it higher than your PC can handle.
❿Run the game with Immersive Wasteland 2[F4SE]
When you start ModOrganizer2, you will find four profiles to choose from, Select the profile that suits you and start the game.
🔶IW2 - Default
Default is the basic setting without NSFW mods, ENB & Reshade.
For players who just want simple gaming experience without any complications.
🔶IW2 - Default IRONMAN
Default IRONMAN includes MAIM2 & LITE without NSFW mods, ENB & Reshade, It greatly increases the difficulty of the game,
has a more advanced medical system, and combat will have a faster pace and higher risks.
For players who want an extra challenge.
🔶IW2 - Ultra
Contains NSFW content including CBBE bodies and Enhanced Vanilla Bodies, BodySlide preset, added hairstyles and tattoos, Extended Facial Sculpting.
Added CBBE clothing and PIP-Pad and watches Casio W59, Garmin Foretrex 901. Includes ENB & Reshade,
For advanced players who want the extra content.
🔶IW2 - Ultra IRONMAN
Ultra IRONMAN includes all the above content, contains NSFW mods, ENB & Reshade, MAIM2 & LITE Hardcore Difficulty.
For advanced players who want the most content and an extra challenge.

NOTE!
Don't rush to play when you enter the game!
First, Start the game in survival mode!(Highly recommended, this Modlist is designed for it)
After completing the character creation, apply the IW2's MCM setting preset, then save and exit the game.
Then re-enter the game and load the save. This will allow all the settings to be loaded and set correctly into the game!
🔶When starting a new game for the first time, the main menu may experience a delay while the script loads. This delay will vary depending on your system; more powerful systems may not have this problem.
🔶After creating your character, your game will save and may freeze temporarily. This happens because multiple scripts are loading at the same time. Please wait patiently for a few minutes for smooth recovery.
🔶If you fall from the vault or floor, it is due to uneducated shooter. Make sure to enable this feature only after leaving the vault.
🔶If you find yourself stuck in a menu, try Alt-Tab out of the game and back in.
🔶Be sure to take a look at all the settings in MCM (MOD CONFIG) in pause menu to help you understand the game mechanism. You can find answers to many game questions in MCM menu, and adjust the gameplay to your liking.
🔶Note that these settings will only be bound to game saves, not the game itself. And some settings require restarting the game to be applied.
🔶When opening the MCM menu for the first time, your game may freeze temporarily. This happens because multiple Mods Options are loading. Please wait patiently for a few minutes for smooth recovery.
