About this mod
In this game there is not a "training" concept like Oblivion or Morrowind...just XP.
I created a spawnable mannequin/synt to train your character.

It's free cost and works as a mine with unlimited shots.
That mine looks like the synt's chip.
When it explodes it spawn a weird synt.
It's mute, unaggressive, blind, deaf and friendly.
It has a really low health...it's only use is to be destroyed to make you gain XP.
When it get destroyed, it gives you 3 XP (generally 1 or 2 wacks are enough) and immediately respawn in front of you.
It has a special AI package that make it place near you at a distance that lets you chop it.
If you move it will follow you (don't fast travel or go from indoors to outdoors and vice versa).
It's supposed to be comfortable and useful to level up at a fair rate, just 3 xp per kill.
It's health will decay slowly with time, and when reaches 0 it disappear permanently, so you have to throw the spawner again.
This is to avoid to have it around when you are done.
console commands like Disable or place at me are unneccessary, i provided to remove their necessity, but if you want to spawn directly the dummy, the console command is : placeatme 21000f99.
The XP reward per kill as 3 XP as i said, equal to half of a cockroach.
Don't worry about dead corpses that generally kill FPS, everything will stay clean, i found a way to do it.
No DLCs required.

There are 3 types of Training dummies now.
The first is the same as 1st version with the difference that this doesn't despawn after some time and give you just 1 xp now.
The second is a melee training dummy, it blocks your attacks at 50% chance, fight aggressively with his bare hands, dealing just 8 damages.
If may happen that it begin to attacks someone who is not you, it activates the self destruction and disappear.
It gives you 5 XP per kill (dies in 1 hit) and respawn in the same death spot.
The third is useful to train firing skills.
It has a rubber bullet's gun that deal 4 damages per hit, shoots well and is dynamic.
Dies in 1 hit and respawn in the same death spot immediately, also, if it attacks someone else, it activates the self destruction and disappear.
Gives you 10 XP per kill, but if you get closer than 2,5 meters to it, this dummy paralyzes you for 1 second...
This my effect is to avoid to exploit XP and forces you to use ranged weapon to fight it.
even if it's damages are low, it's firing skills are pretty high, so the XP reward is balanced.
Craft their spawners at a chem station but under the new section "TRAINING DUMMMIES".
All spawners have unlimited shots, so you can fight more of them at once at your will.
If may happen that you fast travel away from them, they will disappear when that world's cells resets.
They are immune to fire, poison and bleeding effect and are undetectable, so if you want to mess with them in a settlement, fine, nobody will notice or ingage them.

Training dummies disappear when you put your weapon away, so when you are finished they get the fuck out.
