5 unique traders that will act as level 4 vendors when used at the appropriate vendor store.

Private Alcott - Armor Trader - Level 4 Armor Vendor
Yvette - Clothing Trader - Level 4 Clothing Vendor
Brock - Food&Drink Trader - Level 4 Restaurant Vendor
Mrs Wren - Weapon Trader - Level 4 Weapon Vendor
I created this mod so people have more options for level 4 vendors for there settlements. These are not copies of other vendors that exist, they are uniquely made so they have there own vendor factions.
