Added a patch for True Storms... Recommended route rather than old patches, as this version of LL doesn't have Polluted weather nor does it modify climate and weather region chances aside from just the Glowing Sea.
Just wanted to say thanks for this excellent mod! I much prefer the look of LLE versus LL or vanilla. Definitely appreciate you turning the bloom dooown lol. And it worked perfectly right away with your True Storms patch, plus no issues with Seasons Change. I highly recommend this mod to anyone looking for an easy to use lighting mod that works as described!
Hello. Can I ask a question? How can I get that fine haze (light fog) back at long distances (500 units and further)? I like it. It looks very realistic, especially with my vision. Thanks!
That would likely require shortening [and re-enabling] the image space DOF distances, in xedit it can be found in the bottom section of each edited Image Space record. I can look into shortening them myself later on, but I'm not currently at home, where my modding PC/setup is.
Edit: Otherwise, Lighting Templates I recall may also affect distant fog, but it's been a while (a month) since I looked over them, so I'm not 100% on that factor. Either way, I'll consider what you requested.
Thank you very much! But there is no need to rush, I think I understood what can be done (if the translator translated the text correctly). I think I broke Fallout (again), thinking that Buckport would save all the problems)))).
This mod doesn't use True Storms, but if you do use True Storms, there is a leaner (lighter) patch that is catered around how I built LLE specifically.
Hey, great mod. Very good interior atmosphere. I'm using it with Interiors Enhanced - Darker ambient light and fog and the result works for me. The only thing, is it normal for power armor pip boy to be completely transparent? I think it's related to removing blur which is what pip boy backround uses by default. Can you please confirm this is normal behaviour?
It is safe to unnistall ? I like the exteriors lighting but the interiors are way too dark, and I forgot I got Interiors Enhanced already, so its even more dark.
nvm it looks better once i unnistalled interiors enhanced
There are two Image Space Adapter conflicts with Otis Repair Services - Lights In Load Elevators. Would I just need to load that mod before LLE or should I patch it?
This version of LL doesn't conflict with Season's Change.
So do I still need the original Lightweight Lighting patch for Seasons Change or can I go without on account of your mod? No reason to use a patch that has no (or a counter productive) effect after all.
Yay! Really need to keep down that Mod count, running 642 now but hoping to 'trim the fat' with my load order rebuild. Still anticipating 'The Pitt', 'A Better World' and the full 'Mind Games' mod, all of which will probably balloon my already quest heavy load order.
Don't forget Hatcher Island (CSEP mod) and I believe tenhats is also working on another Island mod. They'll be pretty worldspace friendly since they're their own worldspace story mods.
The upcoming Misery Island expansion for his Isles of New England series seems like an interesting mod, though I've heard little news about Hatcher Island it only a neat little taste of a soundtrack a year ago and an asset mod, which I admit is interesting but very light on the details. I'm also very Interested in Fallout Miami but that mod has been silent for over a year. The only reason anyone knows Fallout 4 The Capital Wasteland is still a thing is because of the updates regarding The Pitt.
Okay this mod does everything I wanted and tried to fix. Let me explain.
- Increases the view distance. [Good] - Changes the ambient/distant fog color to more neutral white color from vanilla blueish color. [Good] - Increases light view distance. [Good] - It doesn't fully disable distant fog. [Really Good] - Somehow increases my average fps by %3-4 idk how? (especially in Boston Central areas) [Really Good] - Somehow doesn't conflict with my 600+ mod profile and works flawlessly [Good] - Doesn't break any precombine or LOD and works with my favorite mod Seasons Change.[Really Good] - Didn't notice any bug(YET)[Good]
This mod changes my game visuals with simple tweaks, works better than Fogout everyone should try it, and it deserves Mod of the Month fr. I have a lot of mods improving my visuals but this one takes the star, cherry on top. Also it looks much nicer when paired with F4ECC(Enhanced Color Correction) Mod.
With your modifications it's close to perfection, I use it along with RenoDX, and my game looks awesome !
A little detail in interiors though - is it intentional that you have left a subtle mist that greys out the distant... it's very obvious in V 111. I can remove it with another mod, but hey.. I don't want that :)
Is it distracting? Wasn't completely intentional, but many cells to verify the changes... A bit more preferable compared to the sort of blue-ish tint it previously was at least.

BUT... if we can have gloom outside and a normal color sceme in interiors, which will be much more "realistic" we could have a winner :)
Thanks in advance

I load it like this:
-LightweightLighting.esp
-Fr4nssonsLightTweaks.esp
-WET.esp
-prp.esp
-NoPuddleCubemapsTMR.esp
With that load order everything works perfect.

Thank you for truly GREAT weather mod !
