I made Absalom friendly and recruitable and got rid of his random encounter. I have placed him somewhere on the map for you to find. Once you find him simply walk up to him and recruit him, its that easy.
If you want a spoiler on where he is placed then
If you have already killed him in your current playthrough, dont worry, this mod makes him alive again. If you have killed him in your playthrough and you find him yet he is hostile, then a workaround is to click him to get his ID and then type ''setrelationshiprank player 3'' in the console command, he should turn friendly instantly for you to recruit. If you have never encountered him before then when you find him he will 100% be friendly towards you.
