Safe to uninstall/update mid game, but pls backup your save and be inside an interior cell (Diamond City, Goodneighbor, Nuka World Market and Bradberton Amphitheater are Worldspaces and not Interiors).
ahh i see, thanks for the response. this looks very good with LL - Interiors Only. one more thing, is it also compatible with ENBs for vanilla weathers? I was testing some out and it was working ok, as ok as an enb will work lol
Hi, you mentioned Interior Lighting (this mod here doesn't touch interiors in any way), but I'm pretty sure you meant Lightweight Lighting. That would require a patch in xedit. If you install them both, the last in load order will override everything. You can "merge" both mods climates and weathers if you're willing to spend some time in xedit.
Hi... Out of the box? No, at least not 100%, but.... If you load fo2287 after this mod it will 100% override it. If you load this mod after fo2287, you'll end up having this mod weathers + the mask system of fo2287. If you have a basic experience of xedit, you can merge fo2287 climate+weathers into Vanilla Weathers Redone, but it definitely needs some love.
edit: I haven't tested them together in game, but just looking in xedit.
I would also prefer to be glued to the chair and mod, but that's not possible. That's great that you're still improving the mod. I know it seems like I'm contradicting myself now, and don't get me wrong, the defog plugin is really good, but there should be fog in Far Harbor. I'll keep this mod, I doubt I'll change it to something else. I personally like this a lot.
About fog in FH. I completely remade the FOMOD and now you are able to choose which climate (Default, Clear Only, Mostly Clear, Varied, Mostly Bad, Very Bad, Foggy) each worldspace will feature.
Regarding CommonwealthDusty... It's an unused vanilla weather; it glues to the camera a dust explosion effect. While the result is nice during days, it's quite off during nights and get even worse if you use an intensity pipboy light mod + you got dusty fog inside exterior buildings and bad stuff like that. I tried pretty much every vanilla attachCameraFX and the best ones for me are a subtle fog and a subtle green particles effects. All the above said annoiances will be there though but less noticeable. I'll be working on it to find a way to make it look good :)
It's really nice, I loved it. I didn't expect to find a better weather mod than the one I used. The rock textures and some places got a bluish tone. Is there a version without the blue tone from the old versions or what do you recommend? I read the comments and used the Psycho LUT you recommended. It was too dark and ruined your mod in my opinion. Thanks again.
Hi. Thank you! I'll be able to get my hands on this mod by the end of this week but I need some more info to look into it. Where exactly does this happen? Is it related to specific weathers/zones? Does this problem show during daytime/sunsets/sunrises? Could you pls type scp 1 1 1 in the console and see if the issue persists? Check data/textures/effects/LUTs + data/textures/dlc03/effects/LUTs, be sure there's nothing inside those folders. Pls keep me updated and thanks for the report.
Ok, I'll test it and report back. I think I got used to Vivid Weather's color palette since I used it. This one seems different. I'll try to get my eyes used to it a bit because your mod is definitely more realistic than Vivid or Nac. If Fallout4 hadn't lost its popularity, you wouldn't have had the chance to respond to comments.
I understand this all too well. I'm starting to get used to the fact that when I'm tired, I don't upload anything. I don't even check things, it's pointless. You have to get used to this
Hi, the nights in this mod are quite dark but if you want to use Darker Nights weather and this together, you'll need to patch in xedit the climates and region weathers of both mods and set chances accordingly.
oh, okay I'll try out just this mod for now and see how I like the nights. Thank you for the reply and wonderful mod!
update: thank you again for the great mod I'm truly enjoying the weathers; After playing with this mod for a few days and experiencing the nights I feel like the nights are still too bright for my tastes. how would I patch this mod to work with darker nights? I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I do truly love this weather mod.
Thanks for the kind words. This mod uses standalone weathers and imsps... this means you can't simply drag and drop the weathers and overwrite them with Darker Nights. You can tweak climates and have both mods weathers, otherwise there's not easy way to do that. I have no idea how it will turn out, but you can copy Darker Nights nights values to Vanilla Weathers Redone nights via Xedit. It may be a mess tho... so probably best course of action is choosing only one mod.

But would this be incompatible with Interior Lighting Radstorms Restored?
That would require a patch in xedit. If you install them both, the last in load order will override everything.

Will you continue to improve/expand this or is it the final version?
