Feel free to post any comments, questions or suggestions here. Mind you on the topic of suggestions, I've already sunk a fair amount of time into making this, and don't really have time to do much more with it at the moment. These things don't just spring into existence because we will it... sadly, that would be awesome.

Post something ignorant and rude; get banned from everything I have and will make on Nexus, with possible report to staff if ToS are broken too.

The scripting was a royal pain to get sorted out, but I am glad I did. The only other way to accomplish a proper laundry mod is to edit a common Flist for scraping gear, making for very bad compatibility.

As it stands this should be compatible with everything.

Also... can't believe no one else made a Laundry type mod yet. Was probably the main reason I HAD to make this. The lack of a laundry mod was unacceptable this late after release lol

PS: For any who want, there is a 3rd unused Laundry Station. I removed the Recipe since it is sometimes really funky in game. You can try it out by using this, replacing XX with the mod's place in load order.
    Player.PlaceAtMe XX000801
then a SetAngle x 0 to get em flat to the ground.
These spliced together workbench nifs are cool, but some objects, liked skinned Tripshapes behave a little oddly. I like the look of this station, but the table and washer randomly vanish when viewed from certain angles. If any 3d/nif gurus out there know why this is feel free to lemme know.

Hi! I love your mod! I use it in my survival hardcore playthrough. I wonder if it would be possible to add support for being powered with electricity as that would be logical. Also is there a way to also add a requirement for water? Like with pipes in the commonwealth waterworks by sirbalin? It would be nice to have these requirements for the machines to work. Also if we could have a water boiler item to deepen the experience.

Like if the character uses a piece of clothing, it gets dirty (not necessarily a change of mesh, though) and need to be cleaned, the amount of cleaning would be dependent on

1: which type of soap is used (ash soap (animal fat + wood ash) < soap bar < abraxo cleaner). For the abraxo cleaner, the larger (industrial) versions should produce let's say 16 "cups" of cleaner and each one is treated as abraxo cleaner, smaller versions as 4 or 8 cups. Each cup = 1 load, and one load = up to 8 cloth items.

2: with dumped purified water via inventory in the container < with running water (pipes) similar to power connection < if with power connection and boiler active to clean with hot water.
--Depending on load size, a full load machine can take around 40 gallons of water per load. A purified water item is about 1 liter in size. So 1 US gallon = 3.78541 liters. It would take a lot of purified water for these quite nice bonuses! Or we could also clean clothes with the soaking basin + an added oldie washer pad and ash soap and use less water but bonuses would be severely limited.

Bonuses would then be applied depending on the process and have a 24h or 48h timeout. We could even add a fragrance dryer sheet to the dryer process to stack another bonus, mostly charisma.

Would it be possible to maybe use the dirty overlay like CWSS v2.0 to signify visually in addition to a message on screen?

Could you add blueprints to craft those? Like the character is a prewar veteran, not an engineer. So if we can find blueprints in the world in some location that makes sense. Perhaps the player house where the original washer and dryer are placed? Maybe in a factory somewhere?

Thank you for your work, it is so cool!
      Have a nice day!

This is awesome...although you know who I wished I could get some clean clothes on?  The doctors at Diamond city or just about anywhere, and Rex who wears a dirty suit...I would be cool if I could get a clean white shirt and coat on the doctor especially, it seems so unsanitary for doctors to be wearing dirty, and I mean DIRTY WHITE clothes...I am gonna try it and see if I can get labcoat and shirt on the doctor clean....if I can get it off of him.

Depending how the mod works it might be possible to easily add DLC and creation club content support. If the scripting isn't to complex , it might be possible simple copy the some of the pre-existing code and change the references.

Will the scripting preserve mods like ballistic weave? So if I wash a dirty armored gray suit with level 5 ballistic weave will I get a laundered armored gray suit with level 5 ballistic weave? Does this mod work with the Creation club printed t-shirts?

i was looking for something to make people stop walking around in the same old dirty undergarments and spotted your mod and thought it was the best laundry mod by far with its immersive qualities.

this may get long-winded since i'm a stickler for detail, and you might be guessing part of my suggestion now, but i'd really love for a laundry mod to extend to there being happiness-generating versions of the laundry stations that allow npcs to at least interact with them (even if they just use a simple vanilla animation rather than standing around)... and it would be neat if while those happiness objects are around, npcs in your settlement could then start equipping new undergarments that only show up when you have no other clothes on... and actually come in more than one color... and maybe different styles, too. i'm one of those people who is so bothered by all the people in the same exact dirty underwear that i actually use nude mods for immersion... so... it would be cool to not have to do that. lol

oh, and maybe at that point there also could be some clothing crafting station for crafting clean, pre-war clothes and undergarments and npc-only equivalents that are just for npc routines and happiness.

Okay, really dumb question here--what menu is this supposed to be in? I can't tell if it's missing for me and I need to spend a few hours tweaking my load order yet again, or if I'm just looking in the wrong places! (With all my mods, searching through every menu takes a loooonng time...)
