Wow, that's a long list haha. Have you tried checking your ESP files in FO4Edit? It will tell you if you have any conflicts. In regards to the mesh swap thing, yeah I easily can. I've been meaning to do a few updates to my mods and that one will only take a sec, stand by.
Err, so yeah - careful with textures now. Apparently Bethesda games have reached the point of MAXIMUM instability, and now even TEXTURES can cause instant CTD's... I still have no f*#@ing clue why one of my simple texture recolor mods is now causing CTD's.............
I'd recommend renaming your entire texture folder temporarily to see if that's the issue...
Huh. Sometimes the simplest of the model swaps can be the best mods lol.
Out of curiosity, did you swap JUST the static mesh, or the projectile and ammo versions as well (those would be used when firing the projectile and while sitting loaded inside the Fat Man).
The static nuke is a normal Fat Man shell while the Suicider seems to be carrying an actual small-scale warhead. You can tell there's a massive size difference by looking at the can for scale. They're just designed differently. I like the rounded nuke but having options is always splendid.

As of Patch v1.3, i get an immediate CTD after game load with this mod (loading last in my load order)
