V1.01 is up, fast travel CTD should be gone now. You can now make him stop following by simply killing him. If you want him to follow again make a new one at any workshop under the Special section... or make a whole army of him. He doesn't count as a follower.

Just a doubt: Do you have plans to go further with this MOD? Like, make him act as near as possible to the behavior official companions have? (like T0-R1 Victoria Companion MOD) http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13610/?
You could use as Jangles Audio FX the audio from the Intitute's caged Gorilas, or a crazy chimp FX lmao
I have no plans to make him more interactive. For one thing I despise Bethesda's quest system and all dialogue is a quest. That and I wanted him to be simple both in the making and in the game. So consider him to be a mindless golem that will defend you and kill your enemies but get super pissed if you have no pickpocket perks and attempt to give him 10k ammo and a 2k caps priced OP weapon like you tried sticking a live grenade into his pocket and take his booze. Seriously Bethesda? NPC's should be happy campers if you do that!
Installed with Vortex. Can't see him at all, only his knife, as he is invisible. I can't even tell if he is doing anything. Can't access dialogue either, just a one-word exchange.
I love this mod...Jangles is funny and he can kick some ass...LOL It's funny, while I was building at red rocket after we had traveled some time with Preston Garvey, Jangles went up to Preston and said he was doing good work, and gave him some caps for the minutemen cause. thought that was a nice touch. Look forward to any other surprises that jangles does on our journies. Great mod and companion. He don't complain, he don't make stupid remarks when looting, or collecting scrap. Thanks for making this one.
i made like 12 in sanctuary... my plan was to take em to fight swan so then i fast travelled to hangmansalley (with journey mod bc i play survival) but they didnt follow. So i made like 10 new ones in hangmansalley settlement and tried to go from there by foot to swans pond, well turns out they have a real problem following me i can walk as slow is a want they just stand around or follow very slowly step by step. Im also curious in wich npc faction theyre in bc i had some quest mod with modded npcs who should be friendly to me and my companions but they attacked the s#*! out of poor jangles
