Version 1.03
Weapon has its own animations, and will automatically reload its magazine after every shot.
Weapon now glows while charging, reaching full intensity at max charge that is affected by charge time.
Boosted, Maximized, and Overcharged Capacacitors have lower charge time reduction as to not completely outclass the Gauss Rifle when fully upgraded.

The weapon is now in a duffle bag on the shelf, as to prevent a strange issue where one can pick up the weapon and any modifications were duplicated on the weapon when it respawned.

My second attempt at making an Armored Core weapon usable in the hands of humans. The weapon is functionally identical to the Gauss Rifle down to the animations, but fires lasers instead of magnetic slugs. It charges slower, but has higher attack power when it is fully upgraded. The upgrades share the same perk and crafting requirments with the Fallout 4 Laser gun.
The weapon has its own unique charging animation that is similar to the original game, and it even fully charges when using V.A.T.S. It has color customization options that the exact same as the weapon from my Armored Core Automatrons mod.
The one and only place the weapon can be found (and respawns) in the game world is at the robotic disposal ground, on the shelf to the left once you enter.
Update 1.03 now has the files packed into ba2 format since the weapon now has its own animations modified from the gauss rifle thanks to this. Because of this, it is advised to remove the loose files from the old versions to prevent any conflicts/issues.
