Version 1.3 adds some spikes, that can be attached to the junk walls and guard tower. These can also be used as standalone barricades without the walls. You will find 2 wooden and 1 steel version in the junk fences category.

It seems like this doesn't work with the Homemaker mod. Has anyone managed to get them both to work together?

What do you mean "doesn't work"? They don't snap or what?

Sorry for posting here, does anyone know where to find the vanilla fence solution?
Vanilla fence still doesn't magnetize correctly.

Thanks. This way is supposed to work in the vanilla game.

It works perfectly and makes building barriers around settlements very easy.

No difference either with this mod or not. Fences are the same haed snappable as in vanilla.

    AWESOME Mod

Any chance you can make an ESL version?

This mod author hasn't been active on Nexus since October 2017.  There are lots of tutorials on how to flag an ESP as ESL.  But you have to be sure it's eligible for the process or you'll break it and your game.  Easiest way is to open your load order in Wrye Bash, then go up to View (upper left), last item in pulldown is Mod Checker.  This will show any and all mods that are eligible to be made ESL flagged.

Now open up the mod(s) you want to ESL flag in xEdit.  Just click the name of the mod on the left, then on the right you'll see Record Flags (sorted).  In the space next to that, right click, choose Edit, and you can tick the ESL option in the mostly empty menu (you'll see).  If you get the scary warning xEdit throws at you, just tell it SURE I know what I'm doing!   Close and save and you're done.

Excellent mod, but it could use a way to momentarily turn off snapping for when you need to finely place a fence or gate. My sanctuary gate REALLY wants to snap to about 5 feet in the air. That wouldn't be a problem if I could turn off snapping.

Do you use Place Everywhere here?  It allows you to turn of object snapping off/on with it's F1 key and  workshop snap grid off with the F3 key and collision with the F2 key.
