Mods that reduce AP use (eg Deliverer) are broken; VATS can't be used at all.

    (1) Legendary armour that adds END (Fortifying and Unyielding) is broken in the base game, and doesn't add hit points.  The odd thing is that END clothing (like a Sea Captain's Hat) does work to boost hit points.  f*#@ knows why it is inconsistent.
    (2) Enemy will not attack you if they will do zero damage, known thing for a long while, but hard to trigger in the vanilla game.

Just for reference: Increasing projectile count on a weapon, like with the modified Two-Shot effect, doesn't make the weapon do more damage. In fact, it makes it more difficult to deal the full amount of damage. That's because the overall damage is equally split across the number of projectiles. So, by increasing projectile count you decrease the damage per projectile. That's why original Two-Shot additionally doubles the weapon's base damage by default.
