can you make another mod that eliminates the need for crafting materials? i have seen these kinds of mods for games like skyrim so i know it's possible and easier than adding items to the game.
actually i was able to find and use the workshop framework mod by Kingath, his workshop mod allows you to do free build without the need of materials, i have been using it for about a year now.
actually you know what, it could be in his other workshop mod, i use both as they show up in my MCM side by side, so also check the settings for the other one, i get them confused all the time and don't know why they exist as two separate mods anyway, he really should combine them into one mod, it's that much more useful to have both additions included with the main mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35005
it's funny i stopped using his sim settlements mods because they were just too buggy, but on the other hand i find his workshop mods invaluable assets that are very stable and likely will never leave my load order as they are that essential to me, another good one to have along with your game if you don't know already, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/68681
i wish i knew about that last one back when i was regularly using sim settlements as it fixed the long save times that sim settlements is plagued by, it's not a mod made by kingath, but it's essential to use with his sim mods because it fixes that issue and makes at least one of the headaches go away lol, but i use it in the main game as well because i love saving very quickly and not having to wait forever.
The game should have a system that, once you clear a hostile building, a daily supply (depending on the type of the building) would flow into your workstation.
Thank you. I started a new gameplay recently after years. What always prevented me to re-play this game was the horrible settlement mechanics, but now i remember how annoying is to be permanently overloaded with junk as well.

Simply doesn't work.

I go through 10,000 in a few days due to mass production.
