Simply applies: "WorkshopRatingBonusHappiness" +10 to all cats...

Note that this is for new playthroughs as these values may not take effect during your current playthrough. If this mod doesn't work for you, enter this console command while having cats selected: "setav 12722C 10" to add Bonus Happiness.
There are mods that apply the "WorkshopRatingBonusHappiness" to specific cats already, such as:
- Cats Dora and Maisie Happiness Fix
- Community Fixes Merged
There may also be mods that apply this "fix" to the general "House Cats", which are:
- DLC04_EncHouseCat02 "House Cat" [NPC_:0604C757]
- DLC04_EncHouseCat03 "House Cat" [NPC_:06052720]
- EncHouseCat "House Cat" [NPC_:000C9AD3]
- POIJS011EncHouseCat "House Cat" [NPC_:0023B857]
- etc, etc
......But, I prefer a blanket catch-all, and that's what this is :)
