This is just a little pet project of mine for a Christmas themed Sanctuary City Plan. You will need Creation Club Content and Wasteland Reconstruction Kit for this city plan.

Slocum Joe Coffee and Doughnuts Workshop Pack
This is a single level city plan that at max plot levels will have 41 beds, 81 food, 80 water, 150 power and 382 defense. Lots and lots of recreational plots for decoration and for happiness. There will be a few floating decorations until some of the plots are built. There is enough jobs for 41 people and plenty of room for more expansion as well. You will need to increase your build percentage at the workbench to about 200% to 300%. I always set mine to 300%, but there was still about half a bar for build room.
I used all the usual addon packs, which is pretty much all of them. I won't include them in the required, but you can refer back to my other city plan packs for the particulars if you need them. If you don't have one I have used, you can always substitute one you do have for it.
I use Icepick Overhaul and Vivid Weathers for the wintery atmosphere, but it is not required.
I hope you guys like it, and you know, Ho Ho Ho and stuff.
