   Bink2forUnreal is inside Unreal5 and is free.
   I have heard about versions in the wild, but you should probably just grab unreal5
   heres a github I stumbled upon totally by accident.

      is there ANY way to get a bink 2 decoder without having to get the sdk from rad .. i just want to convert bink 2.7 hdr video files from a game to mp4 .. not even chatGPT can write me a solution .. do you maybe know .. can bink2forunreal decode too .. or only play like rad?

      I want to get this new Rhea XL 4k 60fps video upscale done and make sure everything is working properly and that is the next thing to tackle.
      
      Custom cutscenes is the ultimate end goal.
