Anyone using Danse Dilemma with SS2, to not have such a conflict later in chapter 3, just choose the option that doesn't No Live Maxson but just demotes him while you and your brand new AI robot friend take over your own private military force. 🫡
I'm going to be honest and admit that I'm not 100% sure what partial quests are. However I see it as some refactoring/simplifying of some sort, doing the same with less, and thus probably also reducing potential conflicts, which is always a good thing in my book.
Thank you for that.
You answered the first question I had about compatibility with older TDD patches in another post here. My second question would be could this mod please be cleaned ?
At least one of which conflicts with UFO4P changes, and I don't think these are intentional ITMs. I know of at least two mods which (unnecessarily) have to account for this and patch the unwanted changes :
Alright, looks like Package data (3) and an Armor Addon record that I missed. I'll sort those out in a succeeding update. The problem with the original "The Danse Dilemma" is that it commonly conflicts with particular BoS quests and BoS records in general, so I'm trying to reduce that exposure.
Partial forming quests allows other mods to forward their own changes instead of manually forwarding. For example, if UFO4P or CFM edit those headers, there's no need to manually forward if you have them installed. It's only possible with certain records, however so many other records still have to forward fixes if they exist.
Not your fault, the original ESP had them as well.
I've learned not to touch quest mods (no compacting, no merging BA2s, nothing!). Since this mod loads rather low in my load order, after armors, it's good to finally get a clean, modernized version of one of my all-time favorites.
Thank you for releasing it and the explanation about partial forming quests. I am still learning something every day.
Depends on what patches do, but most likely not, as I mostly touched Quest record headers that are unused by the mod. The only exception is Perks being switched to Hidden, but that's not likely to cause any conflicts.

The original plugin also includes ba2 archives that you need for the mod.
