I just donwloaded this but then I saw Haloween WS in your requirements list. Is it not .163 compatible but NG only? I ask because I know how easy it is as someone posting a TSB to just click all the DLC as requirements even if not needed.
My bad i'll change them whenI get home I was very tired When I uploaded these, all of my settlements are compatible with both versions of the game, I even created them using the downgraded version.
