Fixes ADS aiming for Wretched89's HK USP .45 mod

Quick fix for Wretched89's HK USP .45 mod to enable accurate 1st person aiming/shooting.
Installation:
1.) Paste zip file contents into your data folder
2.) Adjust your load order so that "USP 45 - 1st Person Aim Fix.esp" comes after "USP 45.esp"
3.) Load your game and go pew pew
