Any chance of moving the station wagon one from Cade to say, Paladin Brandis or someone else? If you don't join the Brotherhood of Steel, you never get access to Cade on the Prydwen.
Testet all, some friends testet and it looks like you dont need to join them. Do some quests for them and get acces to the Prydwen, than you can get two models. One from Paladin Danse and one from Captain Cade.
Ok, so I can spawn the NPC with the console commands provided (using player.placeatme), and they do in fact spawn with the models in their inventory; however, when I pickpocket the item from their inventory, I don't actually recieve the item in my inventory. Any ideas how to work around this?
Maybe a console command for the item itself, so i could spawn it in my inventory using player.additem console command. Is that possible to get the item ID's for console command?
Update: I figured out how to do this, and thought I'd just post it in case anyone else is having similar issues. First, I spawned the NPC using the ID's provided by siles in "images" on the main page, and console command "player.placeatme". Once spawned, I had to target Cait in console to get her ID, then use command "openactorcontainer 1" to force open her inventory. With the inventory open, and console command still open, I could click on the model to see its ID. However, at this point I just closed console command with tilde, and took the item from the NPC's inventory. Finally, I opened the console command one last time, clicked on the NPC to bring up target ID, and "disable" to get rid of them. I now have my model!
Most people probably know this, but I'm a noob modder so excuse my ignorance
Love this mod by the way! I'd endorse it twice if I could.
Yes you could do a player.additem. Use the Help Command in console Help X 0 (X is the name of the model, like megaloader for cait so it would be Help Megaloader 0 Then use the id from the list (Misc Megaloader)
player.additem id 1 ( for Cait it would look like player.additem 0D000908 1
So summed up: Help X 0 player.additem id 1
You can find out the ID of any item with the Help X 0 command
Use this: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3615/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout4%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D3615%26preview%3D&pUp=1
How do you pickpocket Paladin Danse? It won't left me. I can pick pocket from the other two. ctrl l to sneak, get close, then in red a line comes up and says E to pickpocket. But That does not happen to Paladin Danse.
