ughhh idk why but it seems like this breaks the 3rd person animations for the gun vats doesnt even work. i love how this is implemented every other munitions patch just makes 9mm a different option
you run any reanimation mods? this only makes two edits to the guns ESP and thats just the ammo type and npc ammo LL so theres no way it can effect the animations. strange bug
Just wondering if you can add .30 Carbine to the ammo possibilities? Looked the Grease Gun up and there was something called a T29 variant that used the .30 round. Also .45 caliber is not an inappropriate round for the M3 as it was first chambered for it. Just putting it out there.
i just made this because someone asked for a 9mm patch on the main gun page but might look into doing a patch to make it optional for it to shoot 9mm .30 and .45
I'd make sure you also rebalance the gun accordingly rather than just changing the ammo. Lowering the damage from something meant for .45 to something fitting 9mm
I run a completely custom made system for all my modded guns with completely different balancing. I have no clue what an appropriate damage for 9mm in vanilla should be. If you want to suggest a damage number i can make a separate version with damage adjustments as well as the ammo patch.
Dumb question, but even with this ammo change, this gun still won't work 'well' in FOLON? It'll probably just create two sets of "9MM" ammunitions that won't feature in levelled lists and such?
i have no clue. i havent took the time to get FOlondon working yet since im on steam and it takes forever to download each package from GOG. if i ever get it installed ill look into making a patch to make this use the 9mm from FOlondon
