You can just use the console to increase your carry weight. Using the Modav command will add to your current carryweight.
player.modav carryweight 1000
This command will add 1000 to your carry weight both in and out of power armor. Pick any value you want though carrying way too many items in your inventory can crash the game.
player.modav carryweight -1000 will reverse the change.
