@C1PH3RR - this upload is for you. I didn't want to make this a full mod fork, so that you could copy the changes you are OK with back into your main mod file.

Philosophy/guiding principles of my changes:
- Follow the Submachine gun for stats and crafting component amounts BUT reduce some amounts due to smaller size of the weapon vs Submachine gun.
- Exception to that: where it makes more sense to use crafting component amounts from the 10mm auto pistol, use that OR adjust to be closer to that
- For the pipe scope and pipe stock, follow the crafting components of the pipe guns
- For holo, barrel extender, and conversion magazine, try to invent logical crafting components and crafting component amounts that make sense.
- For writing/names/descriptions that don't fit with vanilla game names, change them to sound identical to vanilla game, or to sound very close to the tone of vanilla game text.

Changes I made:
- changes to all weapon mods to add adhesives
- split muzzles, barrels and receivers into three separate categories
- large changes to some weapon mods to rebalance amounts (and sometimes types) of crafting components
- text changes to fit in with vanilla or improve phrasing (proofreading)

That's just an approximate list. To get a better idea, compare my 1.4.1 ESP with the 1.4 ESP in the original project.
