Cambridge Interiors

I had so much fun making my "TG'z Fens Interiors" mod, that i decided to make another in a different district of Boston. There are less interiors this time (10 instead of 12) but i put a bit more time and effort into these to make up for it. Instead of exhausting myself out and covering the whole of Cambridge, i decided to stick to west Cambridge, or more specifically, the College district. I've had a ton of fun making these interior's and I hope you all enjoy exploring them as much as I enjoyed making them, thankyou.
LOCATIONS
Franklin Theatre
A popular establishment before the war, the Franklin Theatre was the local hot spot for collage students thanks to it's top quality performances. Post war, a group of Gunners have taken refuge inside it's once bustling walls. Located near Fraternal Post 115.
Coral Bar
An unassuming Corner Bar that once served the needs of local Cambridge bar flies. Located near Collegiate Administrative Building.
New Saints Chapel
A beautiful old Chapel that holds a dark secret. Not for the faint hearted. Located near Campus law Offices.
Radiation King
Only the highest quality TV's and radio sets can be bought here … however, since the world has been destroyed, you don't need to pay, help yourself! Located in College Square.
Westbridge Hotel
A cheaper alternative to higher-end hotel's, this small backstreet hotel has seen better days. However, in a post-apocalypse, people can't afford to be picky where they sleep. Located near Collegiate Administrative Building.
Abandoned Home
The private Residence of a pre-war Cambridge citizen. Small, quiet and cozy ... after you clean up the dust and spider webs of course. Located behind the Cambridge Police Station.
Cambridge Museum of History
Unfortunately, this museum wasn't preserved as well as the priceless artifacts it once contained. However, it may still hold some value to a dedicated scavenger. Located opposite the Cambridge Police Station.
Fallon's Corner Store
The local branch of Fallon's in west Cambridge. Clothes are available in all sizes .. except for super mutants. Located in College Square.
Tobacconist's Store
A niche store for tobacco enthusiasts, unfortunately the previous owner met a smoking end. Located near Campus law Offices.
The Lucky Lounge
An Irish themed bar and nightclub that was once the highlight of Cambridge Square's nightlife. Good luck finding the hidden surprise inside! Located in College Square.
FUTURE PLANS
I'm fairly satisfied with how this mod has turned out and don't plan on adding any more content to it. Of course, hopefully this is just Part 1 and I'll be able to perhaps do a Cambridge Interior's Part II in the near future.

Author's Notes
* Please note that some of the interior's added by this mod may be considered "Loot heavy" by some. I have tried to hold back on placing too much loot but that's just how I like to decorate and design. I personally love cluttered interior's, as long as there isn't lots of very valuable things lying around. *Most* of the loot in these interior's is Junk and misc items, not over-valuable stuff.
* Unfortunately, I have just started using a new ENB so the images captured may look different to what you see in-game. I also wasn't able to take many great pictures as my specific ENB is a tad too bright/dark in many interior's frustratingly.
* Automatron DLC is required for this mod.
Stability and performance
I made sure to clean this mod in FO4edit so that pre-combines are not damaged. I also thoroughly tested it before release to ensure everything runs smoothly. However, if anybody has any problems or find any errors, please let me know, thanks.
COMPATABILITY
Unfortunately I have not used other F4 Interior mods so I'm not certain which ones will be compatible or not.
