   this works great in modded Fallout London and adding perks means no conflicts and I could install mid-game without issue

   I don't mind carry limits but once you get bigger/heavier guns, the carry limit hits hard...

   Was quite miffed to see that Pack Rat and Heavyweight don't exist in FO4, but this compensates for it :D

   If this mod doesn't work for you, here is a command that works for everyone.
   
   open in game command, type: Player.modav carryweight xxxxxxx
   
   The "xxxxx" is the number you want. for example 
   
   type: Player.modav carryweight 100000000
   
   otherwise this mod is fantastic for those who want to experience leveling up carry weight.
   patience is not a virtue for me.

   this does not need to be done through perks. just call PlayerRef.ModValue(CarryWeight, 5)
