      This file is published in the category Transfer Settlement Blueprints.
      Many authors who offer those will not list that requirement since it is implied in the category.

      I installed everything, the required mods and the Transfer Settlement Blueprints mod but it still doesn't work. The game is not detected by the Sanctuary Second edition2 mod
