      It's Anna Winslow (not Wilson), and yep, she and Lucy Grandchester are Fallout NPCs who are definitively ghosts - i.e., spirits.

      could be some kind of psychic echo following the heights of change or emotion, resonating with an existing wavelength or acknowledged by some eldritch system or being... Could also be the ever heart warming classic, a lingering soul.

      C'mon lowl, stop the fancy word-smithing, this isn't an argument about whether ghosts exist in our world, but just that in these games they're NPCs who are ghosts. Anyway "a lingering soul" as you put it, is just another way of describing a ghost/spirit.

    I don't want to disparage Fuison City series,but it's surprising such a good team isn't as well known.

       fuison city had the time advantage, they've been out longer, and people just thing "most popular of all time must mean it's good!"

    If i give him different gear does the ghost shader apply to it ?

      its tied to himself and not his clothing so yeah, although he has 0 carry weight because he's not actually real so good luck giving him other gear.

      Ah, thats good, i may be able to tweak either his carry strength or a mod's gear weight with the .Xedit.
